Quays Crossing provides a full slate of travel services for its clients. In the early stages of trip planning, the steps include counselling clients about trends, optimal locations and dates, building a customized tour, and providing a quote. Once a contract has been signed, Quays Crossing will research, negotiate prices, and then book flights, ground transportation, accommodations, meals, and excursions. The final step, which is typically the most challenging, is organizing training venues and friendly matches against overseas teams. Quays Crossing aspires to provide a rich exchange of cultures for both Canadian teams and host teams by facilitating a social event, usually including a meal, at the end of matches.
